Once your payment becomes overdue, you will receive an automated email that will provide you a link to update your billing information.


At any time, you can update your credit card information in your Account Settings under subscriptions.



Our payment processor will attempt to re-bill your failed payment after 2 days, 5 days, and 7 days (a total of 3 times). 


If your billing information has not been updated, your account will go into pending cancellation, and final cancellation once your subscription period ends.


Once cancelled, you can always go through our checkout process to renew your subscription again.
