Student Recitals take place twice a year (July and ). You can sign up for the next Student Recital by clicking here or visiting the Student Engagement Portal on our Shows page.
- The PWJ Monthly Recital is open to all students, regardless of playing level.
- Sign ups are first come, first served for the first 10 participants.
- You can perform any song, in any style or genre, with or without improvisation.
- Each student is limited to 1 song, no longer than 5 minutes.
- You may play non-PWJ material.
- Backing tracks are optional.
- Shows will be streamed live to our website show page and archived.
Technical Requirements:
– Have a device with a camera for live video capture
– Have zoom video conferencing platform installed (mobile or desktop)
– Have a stable internet connection
– Have visibility to show your upper body and hands in the camera shot
